With AI focus shifted much more on PMs and Product Owners, I feel. At this point it doesn’t matter much the technical cost, what matters is PMs being able to come up with good product-market fit, get alignment, validate with customers, etc. And I feel it’s a huge bottle neck now. The PMs currently simply fall short because they never experienced such pressure. Imagine you need to work 5x faster with new AB tests, concepts, ideas, MVPs, etc. So the entire process organisation is unbalanced now
