Actually now is going 3 th World war in full scale going on in AI technology and in the end will be war with AI technology and destroying possible life on Planet . And I don't think USA will be agree making deal with China, Russia, India and others making peaceful deals and control on technology. USA want complete control and dominance around Globe, no sharing control with any country or nation. Thats why bin created BRICS, because others fill what's coming .
