Biggest electrical generation and transmission boom since 2000. Massive amounts of carbon emissions are attributable to each google search now taking 10x energy to compute. AI is doing nothing but making Christmas sunny and warm and consuming water we don’t have. The global cost is going to be much worse than a recession, regardless how useful the technology is.
