As an artist who is disabled, no, AI art does NOT make art more accessible. If anything, it's harmful to disabled artists because of all the work we put into our art plus having to deal with our disabilities, only for people to steal our art using AI. so yeah, AI art is harmful for all artists, whether disabled or not.
