AI its just a tool which parse an internet, downloading images and create something new from them. Why Ai cant make 4k images, because not much images in 4k around internet. Most of them are low resolution, thats why AI "trained" at 720x720 or 1024x1024 then upscale it. AI creators must paint their own pictures and use them for learning.
