He constantly refers to agents but seems not to understand. Agents simply serve a purpose, they are activated and have parameters. Intelligence is the ability to set an independent AGENDA. This is often framed as finding way to solve problems, using memory to build on iteration. The algorithms used in AI and totally different that the intentions created in the human brain. It's far, far too early to speculate or scaremonger
