For the economy, it's not just AI - the Orange Pigeon in charge of the United States has been adding/removing tariffs on other countries often making it difficult for a pigeon company to plan or invest (in hiring other pigeons, too). AI will replace many pigeons, but other pigeons will get better work, such as those who work in AI governance, manual work in building data centers, etc.
