It's more scary to think about what's going to happen if this whole A.I. thing DOES NOT come about. I sure miss having a viable housing market. Such A.I. will require ENORMOUS amounts of energy that we don't seem to have on hand at the moment and if it's to be robots working our jobs where will they all come from? Who will be proving the material required to even build them and how much will we have to pay for one in the end? By-the-way, HOW COME I KEEP SMELLING BULLSHIT WHENEVER WE TALK ABOUT THIS?? As of right now, A.I. can almost not even handle an Amazon item for Return. And, if the economic bubble that the A.I. is making right now BREAKS without earning some serious POSITIVE YIELD first, we have NOTHING under us to help break our fall than filthy rich fat old men speculating on their fingers about whether "50 year mortgages" can be the best idea.
