“AI Artists” are just tech bros that lack creativity and don’t want to put in the effort. Anyone can learn to draw even if you have no raw talent. It’s just putting in the hours.
If you don’t want to create something from scratch then practice collage or some other medium that utilizes pre-existing works. Its far more satisfying creatively then writing some text in a prompter
