12:58 see this brilliant experts thinking is already incomplete. I don't want to watch an AI simulation of the guy doing the interviews here, I want to hear the real human being doing an interview because he has a lived experience similar to my lived experience and that lived experiences changes who he is, how he's gonna perceive the world around him and what questions he's going to ask.
