AI art democratizes art, no longer the sole perview of the 'arteeest', art can be made by anyone with an 'inspiration' and have ai do the scut work of drawing. Every artist looks at all sorts of other art and images to train themselves and practice on and then have a latent image if those arts and images in their brain. Then they create a derivative work of what latent images they have in their brain to make some 'new' art. All artists are breaking copyright of all the art they have seen in their life when they create 'new' art. AI just does it bigger and faster. Is what human artists do to train fair use? Artists make transformative work derived from the images they trained on and an 'inspiration', some text or image a customer gives them or something they think of themselves.
