Early 50's here, self taught maintenance in a hospital setting. I truly worry about my children and future grandchildren with the AI crap. This is why wife and i decided not to sell our house for something smaller. Instead we put the house in a trust. And our kids are more than welcome to move back in if they need to. Mom and i will gladly move into one of the smaller bedrooms and give the "love shack" to which ever kid needs to move in. Yeah i called it that 😂
