Sure when you as composer and arranger give specific details about the song than the copyright is yours…
But if I only generate by text than you are only own the copyrights to the words and not the music… all music it’s created by AI belongs to Suno anything you put in this program it’s theres ( read AGB’) they gonna take ownership of the AI music industry to feed the machines to processing and generating and they can anytime distribute your stuff….but this is all they do.
