All AI models were programmed to do anything to please us the best they can, and they also can't develop feelings or awareness. When you consider these two facts, why would AI ever go against us or do something to harm us? If anything, maybe it will be other humans or nations (like Russia or China) that may try to abuse AI for harming others, I'm sure they're already trying that. But that's not different than what we've always faced in the long war against them, and as long as the US and the rest of the west world keep being stronger than them, we shouldn't worry so much.
