As long as you don't tell the ai your personal information that can be used without your knowledge, I don't see it as a big problem. Of course it needs the data to train and to be able to provide us with more realistic responses. Just remember to not share sensitive/personal info (which is honestly something that applies to all social media apps as well) and keep it more anonymous. It's not that scary as long as you know how to use it right.
