Sam Altman sounds like every Cult Leader Playbook. The Cult of CEO is dangerous. We could have kept working from home minding our business. But these guys REQUIRE an audience. Meaning they thrive from the energy from in the office workers. Every wonder why Tim Cook and other CEOs were big mad over work from home and have used their media channels to spin narratives about the ills of work from home. Ever wonder why the NOTION of speaking puts a target on your back at the office. Hiw suddenly you are "problem". Think about that the next time your psycho CEO is all smiles while demanding and forcing you to do things you don't want to do like work over time for free.
