If a person, an artist, studies art independently or at art school, studying works of past and current artists, including copyrighted art, and then this person creates new art similar to a current artist, is this person, "a new artist", guilty of copyright infringement? Or does the copyright infringement only apply to machine learning, as it is possible to determine what art that the machine viewed or studied?
