I've done hundreds of hours of counseling at the Veterans Administration, but no real psychiatrists. I opened my heart to ChatGPT one time, all about my childhood and family, and damn if it didn't tell me exactly what I was trying to figure out. So if I put that out online, which I did, I guess it's too late, but it really helped. And I saved it. I copied it and saved it.
