2:55 need an example please.(edit: halting problem can not decide to stop or run for ever.need a human to tell stop or run OR another AI) believing that AI can not see reality as it is seem to me a bit silly. Sir Roger Penrose may not be aware what process our Brain is going trough while looking at something or feel something. our brain is more or less a fact check machine behind some filters . those filters can be extended with knowledge and physikal practice. to have a feeling for something is the result from autodidact learning. machines/ AI is very well able to do all that already.
and by the way, AI´s can ask other AI´s for random decisions if they can not make it for themself. and then a complex problem like the "halten" is easily "solved" at least its under control.
