The whole "born special" argument is just devaluing the hard work and effort it takes to be a good artist. It's saying "when you make your own art, it's not difficult, it didn't require you to develop a skill with research, practice, experimentation and time. It's not something worth appreciating or paying for, especially when I can make AI slop myself for no effort. You making a painting is equal in effort to me typing in a prompt, and saying otherwise is somehow prejudiced against me!" Lazy people demanding the respect and appreciation given to those who worked hard for their skills and art, because they absolutely see no value in the thing itself, just in the praise and attention.
