Ai should never be allowed to decide whos a criminal or who should recieve treatment, no matter how "good" the ai is. Thats just retarded, anyone can change the programming, and it can easily be wrong as well. Absolutely disgusting Chicago pd and that hospital are implementing a broken system that shouldnt even be there in the first place.
