AI can't take inspiration from other art if it doesn't have a brain. There's no thinking process or personality behind AI "art", no interpretation, no experience it can bring along to other people. It's just a mashup of others' hard work and dedication, as it reduces said dedication to shallow lines of code.
Some people treat AI like some sci-fi androids from DBH, but it simply not it at all. It's just a parasite. Just like AI "artists" are
