I feel that we should classify what we call art separate from ai "art". when humans make an art piece, there are emotions put into it as well as much more effort. I simply do not think it is a fair comparison, and hence should be given an entirely new category. AI artists could simply just write a line and call it a day, it's just completely different, isn't it. personally, I feel like we shouldn't call these ai "art", but ai "images" because, what exactly is the definition of art if not human creativity and skill? art is a very broad term, but we need to keep in mind that skill and imagination of the artist themselves is what makes art, well, art!
Then again, please note that this is just my opinion not meant to offend either group
