I understand the fear about AI, but I'm honestly hoping to push towards it once I finish my degree. I'm of the opinion that any sufficiently intelligent AI will either be beyond senseless violence, or that those sorts of intents would be seen before we had the chance to shut down those projects. But if we do become slaves to robot overlords I'll be helping cause it, sorry friends!
