AI can't be an artist cause art is a process of doing that can only be done through translation of image through matter and subjective consciousness.
the dumb NAI bots we have do not have any subjective consciousness in them and cannot perform the processes required to make a piece of art from scratch the same way as its not conscious of even the emotions required to understand what its looking at.
