Artificial intelligence is a theory that is science fiction.
You can program machines, but those machines will only ever be able to follow that program.
To suggest otherwise, or make such a claim that you could design a machine that could make its own decisions not based on the program it’s given; it’s a fraudulent claim.
You couldn’t prove - ever - a machine capable of designing its own programs.
What you’re seeing in this video is remote controlled and programmed machines that could run on auto-pilot based on the human put codes.
