If AI (or humans using AI) can do art better, I say let it. But have a basic income to support all the displaced people. If the humans can make something good, I'm sure there will still be some market for it. People still like handcrafted things which can be made more precisely, faster, and at lower cost by machines, for example (even when the quality of the materials is similar).
