Just a little something that I have picked up on - it appears that this is being used on a national scale. From what I have observed (plus knowledge from an insider) is that they have at least one or two FBI agents in every county seat. If you Google something that the algorithm doesn't like and you are on their sh*t list - it will pop up on their screen (State Trooper, Sheriff's Deputy, City Cop, etc.) - that you need to be observed. Also traveling more than 50 miles from home will trigger an "observation".
