AI art is stealing from artists, but I think it's not in the way you mentioned in your video (and maybe this has been discussed already and you couldn't fit it into a minute-long short, in which case I'm sorry!). If a human artist completely copies another artist and sells it as original art, that's intellectual property theft and should be punished. I see AI art that takes human art and learns from it and replicates it in exactly the same light. If someone is profiting off AI art that learned from and copied another artist's work, then they should be punished.
