AI will be conscious...when it can claim to unconditionally know the meaning of the word' 'honesty'...and can claim to honestly and unconditionally know the meaning of the word 'consciousness'...and can then claim that it, itself, does...in fact...instantiate and embody the entirety of the experience of the meaning of that word.
