Well chat gpt doesn't have a memory outside of individual chat logs, So unfortunately, although it is capable of tuning its 'thought process' to be more efficient, it is incapable of learning new data through chat logs, it is not conscious in the sci fi AI sense, if you could even call it counsciousness.
