The problem with AI is that it largely just spits out a finished product, with no way to change small details without redoing the whole thing. If this was providing project files for models, animation, etc. that a person could open and tweak, it might have a bit more utility. It would also just speed up the process for actual animators, rather than replace them, but that could still reduce the number of job opening for a project.
