ChatGPT did help me look through 2 years of texts through multiple sources and helped me make patterns of what has been happening. One of my ex-partners had been trying to reframe my thoughts and control me. Through all of the texts, it was confirmed. My friend who pretty much knows everything I think, the way I think, and has seen the original conversations agreed with me & AI.
Plus, when I put up boundaries I was then classified as the villain, that my boundaries were made-up and childish, etc.
I did use it as a tool & of course talked with my therapist.
I am now much happier on my own than I was in that 2-year relationship.
