This is why I don’t like this channel, for small egg farms the cost of human labor is .15 to .25 dollars. That is for small farms and that’s not even 10% of a dozen egg costs, please take the time to do the most basic research. If AI replaced all farmhands you would only see a 8% reduction in price. Ai isn’t free either, it costs energy and resources so it wouldn’t reduce human labor to 0% it would replace it with AI labor that must use electricity. I’m gonna keep watching this video to shit on this YouTubers crap understanding of economics. Let me ask you, currently we are in the biggest U.S. economy, do we have the largest cow herd sizes or chicken herds? Is there an abundance of any physical good? No. AI currently is only good at the abstract, it is still terrible at physical labor. Lastly making the Luddite argument doesn’t work for the thing being replaced. Before cars we had a lot of horses, inventing cars while good for humans was bad for the horse population. Replacing human thinking with AI will mean we are the horses. Case in point what happens to societies who are mostly resource based? They fall into the abundant resource hole and don’t develop because you don’t need to make good schools, hospitals, or infrastructure if your population makes you money from pulling oil or rocks out of the ground.
