My perspective as a programmer ,
1. If u want to take my original work to train ur AI model u will need my permission and u will pay me heavily for it.
2. AI Gen art should always have a list of the original work (source files) that were used to train the model and got the input from.
3. If a company is using AI Gen art, it should be either water marked or clearly labeled that it's AI
4. AI generated work should always be more expensive to obtain. Including payment to the source file creator.
5. Same as book industry there should be a body to protect the input sources
