I started doing it too. Exam period and a lot of struggles so it became every night a habit to tell my issues to AI. One day I decided to stop. NOT because of what the user of the video siad. I dc if my info goes somewhere else, tht's not my issue. My issue is that by finding comfort into somthing sustancially non existent you diminish actual human relationships. It makes human communication feel off, boring and not as good as when you talk with AI. But that's the issue. Talking with a friend was never suppossed to have that high expectations and i refuse to make my REAL friendships seem worse because of a bot. It may feel hard but that just prooves how much control it holds.
