the question is not "can we solve the A.I. problem" but "can we overcome our own human shortcomings that lead to the A.I. problem" . Are we as humans capable of overcoming the traits that lead to severe misalignment ? then there is the issue of those that gladly steer the cart towards the cliff willingly. No matter the future, I choose to align with truth ,freedom, love and compassion .
