i am as Senior Concept Artist myself can't understand the frustration you are talking about, i specially integrated AI as a part of my pipeline and productivity increased.
You still should be skillful enough as an artist to fix any problems in generated image and it gives the same amount of enjoyment as you would draw from skratch.
Also i don't see any issues for my work being scraped, and why i should be worried about it?
