The only AI "art" I don't mind too much is the stuff used for making tokens for Roll20 and such--personal, small, just for fun, no money, no clout, just a quick pic of what your character kinda looks like. I personally have fun using AI chatbots to RP at times because it's interesting to see what they say and how they react. But I do keep in mind the environmental impact, so I only do so sparingly.
For the whole AI "art" thing tho, I do hope someday that we get laws placed on them so that they don't steal from artists anymore. Sadly, I doubt that'll happen anytime soon while corporations have the ability to bribe and lobby.
I might start doing this to my art, though I honestly doubt my art's being used for AI ;w;
