They young woman saying that people user more of the 'AI tools they want' and not like companies want them to be used. She is wrong there. People use AI tools they feel are usable for the workcases they have. AI tools are just not sufficiently good yet, and people know they can't use them yet to produce good enough results for a professional env. So they use them more for private queries where quality constraints are less.
