Machine safety is huge now. This poor man began this story. I worked in machine safety sales in the UK for about 3 years, a company up in scotland owned by an american firm had a robot kill a worker in mexico that resulted in them spending 200k in scotland. Was nice for me but it always looms over my head that it originiates from a man, a father, a family mans death. Unfortunately this isnt an isoleted story, from robot killings to furnace cremations it actually is quite prevalent, also completely preventable :(
