These kind of people need to understand that blur tools and digital art tools are uses as a way to aid you when drawing, what does that mean? It means that to use the blur tool you need to know HOW and WHERE, you need to have the concept on your head on where does it go, then implement it easily with the tool.
These tools AID artists.
But ai is different, they dont use it to aid them, they use ai to DO THE WORK for them, they merely tell the ai what to draw, the ai does EVERYTHING.
tools are useful, but you need the prior knowledge, and their aid goes so far
But ai just plainly does the work for you.
you cant just compare them like that, the world isnt black and white.
