I'm not really worried about AI wiping us out as we will do this ourselves. When I was born there were around 3 billion humans on this tiny planet. However by 2060 there will be over 10 billion and counting, oh and there was a prediction that population growth would slow down when it got to 7 billion, so much for predictions. Humans were not meant to exist forever no biological beings are meant to, we just have to get our heads around the inevitable that ALL things come to an end, including us.
Oh and we have always been wise assess and that will end us as we aren't that wise.
