Short sighted. We know humans make errors, doctors and lawyers included. We also know that AI will make fewer errors than humans in fields like medicine and law. Of course, there will always be a handful of humans in the AI loop. But its not exaggerated to believe that in the near future, 95% of a hospital will be run by AI. So, what do all the hospital staff who are not part of the small handful left behind do?
This will happen in just about every industry and field. Robotics, with the help of AI, will also advance rapidly, and be capable of autonomous, complex, and nuanced movements. No job is safe. There will be a very different economic system in place in 2035. But I have no idea how it will function, just that it will drastically change.
