AI is not replacing these jobs, many of thee jobs are being out sourced which is somewhat touched upon here, they are outsourcing entry level roles and then giving middle and more experienced workers a larger work load with or using AI tools. So there wont be a ladder to climb for people trying to go into these roles with the goal of probably eventually outsourcing those white few remaining white collar roles. We are headed for a dystopian world with a much larger wealth gap. AI is an excuse not a reason but we all know outsourcing will be the main culprit. Globalism is the thing that pushes the elites because it is good for their bottom line not the rest of us.
