I understand your little quip about the Ai sounds like Peterson, because it's engaging in "doublespeak" and lies.... but I believe you've got him wrong. You could accuse him of being ideologically motivated. That's fair. But far from dishonest, or creating deliberate illusions to make others feel a certain way... Peterson speaks very carefully, and I think eloquently because he's trying to restore the belief structures that kept our culture sane for so many millenia, until we cast off the proverbial yoke of an unyeilding and demanding "Transcendant Ideal". In addition to rescueing the old, blinded Father (civilization/culture) from the Deep, and restoring the Old Meanings, it is sometimes necessary to rescue the words and terminology aswell. Un-lose what the children lost when they tore their father's mantle off his weary worm-eaten shoulders and used it to make moltov cocktails to hurtle through the neighbor's windows. Your whole brand is all about how so very, incredibly, unbelievably proud you are of your own indomitable, intrepid, sea-worthy intellect. And I'm sure that your own personal ideas sail along in a safe cloud, in a stratosphere well above the the dismal hell of our painfully average, animal instict survival. And that's very good. We need to look up to our betters. Your stellar success often inspires us to try harder. But won't you please imagine, that by drawing deeply from the well of wisdom, those archetypal metanarratives have taught Peterson the deepest meanings, and all of this beautiful and loving meaning has enriched his life, and he's on a mission, not to ask us to follow him, but return to our "Father" (culture/civilization) rescue him from the deep, heal his eyes, and once more, thrive together again like Eden. Or even the '90s... I'd settle for the '60s!!
