In your broadcast you indicate that Autonomous systems have not currently been implemented with nuclear weapons. This is not totally correct, currently the Russians have a system called "Dead Hand" which monitors satellites, size-monitors, radiation detectors, radio broadcast and Autonomously detects if a nuclear warhead has been used against the Russian people. If so it has full control and can automatically launch a retaliatory nuclear strike of ICBM's.
