This scenario fails to account for the fact that the displaced workforce will cause capital flight long before it gets to the apex he lays out.
You wont replace people with AI fast enough to sustain global supply chains, and the AI will effectively delete itself. The wealthy will last longer, but wont have the capacity to maintain their datacenters either.... no AI, no wealth, no anything.
It would be the end of civilization as we know it.
