Copywrite has nothing to do with viewing a work and AI just views the work. I don't care either way but I doubt much will come of the court cases. Also SCOTUS already said people can't copywrite works of AI so good luck suing a company for providing a thing that looked at a bunch of works which isn't a crime and outputs media that can't pe owned legally. It's also not illegal to draw or create images of batman, it's illegal to profit off it. Also these companies are internet based so section 230 says they are not responsible for what people do with their service.
