I believe the flaw here is that the vast, vast number of young individuals entering the work force today have absolutely no talent or skills whatsoever. They're not only the most poorly educated, even those with College degrees leave school with worthless degrees like Gender studies.
The only small ban of talented artists are construction crews.
If you think anyone is going to make a living doing "Dog Astrology" online in an AI economy you clearly don't have your finger on the pulse of the general public..
